Horses make creating photos so much fun. Sam, was very well behaved and even endured a pink Lycra body suit to keep clean prior to the portrait session. Liz is a dedicated horse trainer committed to both Dutch and Sam so naturally Liz and I plotted to incorporate both boys. It was a cold yet sunny photo shoot; in some of the images, Sam's breath is visible. It was loads of fun to work with this country couple in such a majestic setting at Little Washoe Lake.
